Andrew has taken Great care of my electric trike! Had some unfortunate issues with the bike, but they picked it up and made it like brand new!! Even worked on my mirrors & flag I tried to fix with zip ties, he anchored & made everything tight & sturdy!! I could not give enough praise!! Love my Pedego Trike and going for rides!!
Purchased an ebike at their shop. Jacob was very thorough in educating and explaining all the differences in ebikes. I felt comfortable and trusted his expertise. It was great not feeling pressured to purchase. Because of his gentle manner and great interpersonal skills, I chose to buy my ebike through them.
