Extremely knowledgeable, patient, great experience!
Brian was awesome. He explained the basics to me and then his assistant Jeff helped set up the bike and went on the test ride with me. He explained in more detail all the settings while riding. This was an awesome experience! A huge thanks to pedego of Troy.
I bought my Pedego a year ago. I’ve been noticing a clicking noise and texted to see if someone would be there to take a look. I received a super quick response from Brian and he said to come on in. They took a look, made a quick adjustment and double checked my gears and tires and I was back on the bike path in minutes. Thx for such great, friendly service! I highly recommend! And found out they also service non-electric bikes as well. Check them out in downtown Troy!
Nice shop, good people and best of all, the maintenance that was done on both our bikes was great!! We swapped out the seat suspension and it's awesome. So, this shop has everything. Including rentals
