I have been to Tarilwinds E-bikes a few times test riding bicycles. I have always worked with Sharon one of the owners and let me tell you she has been very patient, knowledgeable and super professional. Today i pulled the trigger and purchased a Velotric Tempo 2 and she made the process very simple. I bought a few accessories and Dan the tech worked with me to make the necessary adjtments. I did some bike research and visited the store several times to check out a few bikes. The staff was wonderfully attentive to helping me find just the right bike. They allowed me to take my time and enjoy the bike buying process. There was no pressure to buy; just friendliness and educating me on which bikes would work for my body frame, lifestyle, etc. Every single staff member pitched in to assist, including the bike mechanic in the back, he was happy to answer a few of my questions as well. Sharon was very informative. Took the time to show you the bikes and which one would be a best fit you. Had loads of questions and took the time to explain everything. If you are looking for an E-bike/trike, I would highly recommend Trailwinds.
Great experience, super nice folks, good prices! Worth the drive from Citrus County. Highly recommend!!
