I bought a brand new Hey Bike from the store. Have had problems with it and nobody there seems to know how to help with it. I was told to buy some staff they could fix it but others say they have limited knowledge and and have been extremely rude and unhelpful. Now they told me to take it to another store. Worst service ever and have have had to change names. Dont trust them! Go to Tampa Bay E-bikes for trusted bike service!
The guy on duty was an excellent service tech you know everything I asked about bikes no questions no problems
I highly recommend everyone to go here, Steven and Jennifer are awesome people they been taking care of us for almost 3 years. Their very respectful, answer whatever questions you have and fix everything that you need. I should because I've bought two bikes from them and I got a say I love them, it gets to my job or where I need to go.
Jennifer & Steve were very helpful in selecting an e-bike for our grandson. They were able to educate us which helped us make an informed decision on a style & the power needed. Please give them an opportunity to speak to you.
