Purchased a new Salsa gravel bike from Sequim Bike Studio and could not be happier. Owner and staff are beyond fantastic , it's old school honest customer service like I thought was long gone.
The attitude of the owners and staff would make me encourage anyone to go to any other Pedego store than the Sequim location. John and I both bought bikes for Christmas 2020 for each other. When you ask for help no one wants to assist. I still haven’t received fenders for my bike. John’s battery was bad and it took us months and many requests to get a replacement. Ben helped me select an e bike here and I just love my bike. I wish I would have gotten one sooner! They are a full service shop. I highly recommend. Mine came with a 5 year warranty and service too. Ben was super patient with all my questions. I actually get a better workout because the bike is heavier and I use the assist mainly on hills. 1 charge gets me over 100 miles. It’s so great. So right off the bat you will noticed everything is overpriced check online before wasting extra hundreds staff seemed nice ....to nice ....like they make it seem like your getting a good deal but massively ripping you off nice . Oh and I wouldn't trust the mechanic he had some very strange answers concerning basic bike questions . The person who answered was not able to help me with what I needed, but he was so polite and gave me two different options that could help me along with their phone numbers. He was genuine and had no incentive to help me, but was so helpful. Good people in this world make me so happy. I couldn't help but leave a review of my first impression.
