I have been a long time bicyclist (non ebike) for many years. This was my first experience purchasing an ebike. I went to Scottsdale Pedego in old town which is near my home. Wes, Operations Manager was amazing. He is very knowledgeable in all of the Pedego products and accessories as well. He was professional and his knowledge base speaks for itself. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Bill took extra time out of his day to help me learn proper bike maintenance. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great help!
Excellent service and experience. The location is right by the bike track in Scottsdale Old Town, no need to share the road with cars. Bikes are in very good conditions. Side note, I lost my wallet during the bike ride. The staff was very supportive helping me to find it back. Thanks again Pedego Scottsdale :)
My partner and I rented bikes from here for 4 hours on a Saturday. The woman who helped us out was fantastic. She knew plenty of places to bike too and the best routes to get there. Easy to ride bikes that handled well. I will come back here next time I want to rent again.
This bike store is amazing. Bike cellar actually recommended them because we were looking for e-bike rentals and they don’t have them Sarah at Pedego was wonderful, she set us up with a lock and bag to carry our stuff and gave us a cold water bottle. I cannot recommend this shop enough to anyone wanting to see the Scottsdale area in a fun and beautiful way. she provided us with a detailed map with our whole route highlighted, and gave us great directions of places to stop and see.
