I rented an electric bike a few days ago and everything was excellent! The bike was in perfect condition, easy to operate, and made my ride super smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me set up quickly with all the info I needed. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a hassle-free and fun biking experience.
This store was 30+ minutes from where we are located. They were so nice just answering the phone, we decided to go to their store. We arrive at the store and they were so helpful. Even though our bike fix was easy, they didn’t mind stopping and assessing our problem. We love our Pedego Bikes! You can get help anywhere and great customer service.
