Just unimaginable!!! BE CAREFUL IF YOU LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BIKE!!! Took my girlfriends Pedego Element in for a 2000-mile service since it was purchased there. I was very explicit to "Gus" when I dropped it off that I wanted it looked over from top to bottom & from the front to the back. I also specifically requested that the chain be cleaned or replaced & the brakes inspected due to squeaking & I also wanted to replace the basket that I purchased there because the mounting bracket broke. I rented an electric bike a few days ago and everything was excellent! The bike was in perfect condition, easy to operate, and made my ride super smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me set up quickly with all the info I needed. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a hassle-free and fun biking experience.
