Called to check price on 2 rental bikes. Price was fair, gentleman that answered the phone was polite. Drove over about 10 min later to rent the bikes, and apparently there was only one battery. 2 stars because today is our day off and this overlooked detail wasted a lot of our time. Fortunately we found some down the road.
Super Service .. I just moved here and had some minor issues with my brakes and battery. I was afraid of getting the run around because I bought my bike at another store. They took care of me while I waited and gave me a new battery. Wow ... good vibes!
Making Sarasota a dangerous place, almost hitting kids coming back from school. We must stop this.

Just unimaginable!!! BE CAREFUL IF YOU LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BIKE!!! Took my girlfriends Pedego Element in for a 2000-mile service since it was purchased there. I was very explicit to "Gus" when I dropped it off that I wanted it looked over from top to bottom & from the front to the back. I also specifically requested that the chain be cleaned or replaced & the brakes inspected due to squeaking & I also wanted to replace the basket that I purchased there because the mounting bracket broke.
