This store was 30+ minutes from where we are located. They were so nice just answering the phone, we decided to go to their store. We arrive at the store and they were so helpful. Even though our bike fix was easy, they didn’t mind stopping and assessing our problem. We love our Pedego Bikes! You can get help anywhere and great customer service.

Dave at the Sarasota location is absolutely the best there is at fixing your bike up. Love our Pedego bikes and so grateful for Fave for keeping us moving out there on the trail.
Purchased 2 platinum interceptors in November 2022, was on back order so sending to a store close to us. Didn't hear anything so in February called to find out about them. The salesman who we dealt with was no longer working there. Owner John stated that they hadn't been ordered yet. So he would honor are order of the bikes then send to local store. We would have no problem getting them by the first of March. Called local store in March (different times) they hadn't received them. Have tried to contact John with NO contact b... read more
