After several telecons w/Greg at Pedago Santee about technical specs, special pricing and availability we decided to buy two carbon fiber Urtopia bikes from them. Since the bikes we wanted weren't in stock he had to call around to get the bikes we wanted. He got them in a couple of days and had them commissioned immediately. Huge thanks to Stephanie and the team at Pedego Electric Bikes Santee! Today I rode over 10 km from Poway to Santee Lakes, only to discover that my tire was completely flat. The nearest open bike shop — Pedego Electric Bikes Santee — was nearly 3 miles away, so I had no choice but to walk my bike there, which took almost an hour. I recently purchased an e-bike for my son. Greg and Garrison were both very helpful in educating me to ensure I got the best fit. They also assisted me on getting set up with the necessary add-ons. They even offered to let me use a demo bike to practice riding with my son from my home to his school and back to make sure we were comfortable with letting him ride on his own.
