After extensive research on a bunch of cargo e-bikes, it was impossible not to go with Pedego. I needed up buying the cargo bike with the added child carrying attachments and let me tell you what a blast it’s been riding this thing around town. After a LOOONG search…I went to 6+ bike shops in town, bought a cheap e-bike that didn’t last and I returned it, Pedego and the Santee shop were by far the BEST!! Nicest staff, amazing bikes (can’t beat even their 500W motor; I’ve road many) and a 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty for added piece of mind! I got an e-bike online that came with a faulty parts and came to Pedego for their expertise. Greg helped me out and even gave me a lot of great advice and gave me a very fair price. I am 100% coming back to them again for my e-bike and I've already told my parents and all of their e-bike friends about this place. Thank you so much Greg for your help!
