Fast customer service by the young gentleman came right towards me once I walked in, they do charge you $20 to install the tire for you and it doesn’t come with warranty unfortunately. Nice bikes !

After several telecons w/Greg at Pedago Santee about technical specs, special pricing and availability we decided to buy two carbon fiber Urtopia bikes from them. Since the bikes we wanted weren't in stock he had to call around to get the bikes we wanted. He got them in a couple of days and had them commissioned immediately.
