I went here for my e-bike the disc brakes weren’t tighten enough and I could actually do it all by myself. But I allowed this shop to fix em but they didn’t really fix them they just tighten the top part and said they were good about a week later my brakes stop working completely. So me having to pay $50 for nothing makes no sense. If u have a problem with a bike learn how to fix it yourself.
Over the phone they were great today. Very helpful, answered all my questions & concerns. I’ll update after I get my bike repaired lol.
Gene (sp?) was super helpful when I needed it. I had lost hope in humanity for a brief moment and she restored it. THANK YOU!
Gene & Henley are wonderful! My dad is handicapped so we came in looking for an electric bike that would work for him. We ended up renting an e-bike for the day to try out. They were incredibly patient & helpful - they even helped us load the bike into our van. Great people & quality bikes! ☺️
