I made reservations for 3 e-bikers all day Sunday starting at 10:00, when they open. I confirmed the rentals on Friday. Unfortunately, we got there at 9:55 and no one showed up or answered the phone. We waited outside until 10:20 and then finally just left - we got a call at 10:50 apologizing. We paid to park for the day in a garage and lost that $ but luckily found bikes to rent a little further out and still had a fun day.
I went here for my e-bike the disc brakes weren’t tighten enough and I could actually do it all by myself. But I allowed this shop to fix em but they didn’t really fix them they just tighten the top part and said they were good about a week later my brakes stop working completely. So me having to pay $50 for nothing makes no sense. If u have a problem with a bike learn how to fix it yourself.

Over the phone they were great today. Very helpful, answered all my questions & concerns. I’ll update after I get my bike repaired lol.
