In planning a Mother’s Day trip with my 3 adult daughters to Tulsa I made multiple attempts to reach out to this business by phone & phone messages, email & the fb page message. Never could I reach a person during the open hours indicated online After several attempts, my fb message was replied to & informed me they would open at noon on Sunday. This was such a fun experience that I would recommend it to everyone and anyone! The shop is in the perfect location for a long bike ride along the river. I pulled 2 kids behind me in a cart attached to my bike for 2 hrs and didn't even break a sweat. The bikes do all the work and you get to just enjoy the experience. Matt was super helpful and got us all hooked up and ready to go. Will definitely be doing this again!
Made a rental reservation through my girlfriend on March 7th and when we got there the bikes were not charged or were not working properly. The guy working there was not able to do anything to make it possible for us to use any bike. Very disappointing. We were from out of town and looking forward to our first e-bike experience, but it didn’t happen.
Matt, is a wiz and very customer oriented. He goes the extra mile to accommodate. Very happy with my Pedego e-bike and the service after the sale.
