I had an excellent and fun day on the E-Bike. The owners explained all the technical aspects of our bike rental. They provide maps, helmet and filled water bottle to make for a easy day biking the Millennial trail. I highly recommend for a bike rental in Prince Edward County.
If you need good advice and knowledge before making a decision, this is the place to come. I am new in e-bike and I was feeling very anxious about the model I should get. They let me try different models for free. I can tell everyone that the owners and the technicien are very knowledgeable and display excellent customers service. They really help me out even though I bought a used bike and nevertheless they treat me like their customer. We bought two Latch Pedego bikes in Picton Ontario . The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought both on sale and the process was very good. Well made bikes and so far no problems. A bit expensive but we feel well worth the cost. 5 stars
Super knowledgeable and friendly owners! We scoped out the bikes, and decided to rent some the next day. Their location along the Millennium Trail is perfect for adventures! The bikes were great fun to ride and we enjoyed an easy ride up to Hillier and back, with a stop in Bloomfield to pick up lunch. The bikes are a bit too solid for us as a long term investment but we will definitely consider renting them again on our next visit to PEC.
We rented 2 e-bikes with my husband! The e-bikes were top quality, great speed! Our favorite activity during our vacation! Right on the corner of the Millennium Trail! The owners were also very kind! 100% recommend!
