Their customer service is not good at all. I had to contact them to see if my bike was ready for a simple flat fix. Also they charged me 140 dollars for a tube and didn't even give me a new tire. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for electric bike service.

If you ever needed a lesson in customer service - come right to Pedego Portland! They bent backwards in accommodating me in every way possible - from the right sized bike to the perfect fitting helmet. Even a small carrier bag for my phone and water - they were one step ahead for my tiny little 2 hr rental! I can only imagine how you would be treated if you were to buy a Pedego from them!! The bike worked great, but the customer service was awful. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome and subject to suspicion. I told the guy I was there to rent an e-bike for my kid and that I would ride my own bike. When I asked about how their e-bike worked, the rep was condescending. He asked, "have you ever ridden a bike before?" I asked how far it could go on a charge. He looked at my kid and said, "well, weight is a factor..."
