We had such a great experience with this bike rental place! The service was fast, easy, and super friendly from start to finish. Even when we were already on our ride and didn’t know how to do something, we called Toby (the owner) and she was so helpful and patient — she walked us through it right away and made sure we were all good to go. The route they recommended was absolutely perfect, scenic and smooth. It really made the whole experience so enjoyable. Hands down the best rental spot around — highly recommend!
Gross behavior over people filming in public on top of acting happy about someone potentially being in trouble for false accusations. Pretty disgusting. Stay away!
The customer service is non-existent. They also don't allow people to exist on the public sidewalk without calling police.
