From their web site: "Our e-bikes are not allowed on the beach. There is a $500 cleaning fee if the bikes are taken on the beach." UPDATE based on owner's reply: This rule was hidden very deep on your reservation web site, hence my low rating. Increased it to neutral because of your fast response. Problem is we see fat tire bikes on the beach and assume we can do the same with yours. Suggestion: Display your rule prominently on top of your reservation page, don't wait until people show up in your store and then get disappoin... read more

The ride was amazing! I had not ridden any type of bicycle in approximately 25 years. Joshua took the time to make sure the bikes we rented were appropriately sized and in good working order before providing my friend and me parking lot peddling lessons before our ride. The ride lasted more than three hours and we covered more than 30 miles. Joshua made stops to make certain we got good views of the scenery and to check on us. I wholeheartedly recommend this activity. Make sure you ask for Joshua!
The customer service was top notch. The bikes were in excellent condition. We were given clear instructions on how to safely operate the bikes. We were given coupons and a fun map of where to go for the scenic route. We had so much fun! Can’t wait to do it again!
