Owner-operator was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The bike ride was beautiful trail was well maintained and had drinks/snacks on the trail
Walked in to ask about e-bikes and was treated so poorly by one of the older gentlemen in the store. Arguing with customer does not do anything for your business other than make people want to walk out.
Great experience, 10/10 recommend renting a bike and using the Towpath to see CVNP! My second day in the park was unexpectedly beautiful weather and I woke up wanting to bike the Towpath (I hiked the major trails the day before). So I just dropped into the shop around noon to inquire about availability--all the e-bikes were rented but Pedego had some standard bikes I could choose from, which was perfect. we actually rented a tandem bike...very fun experience but dont suggest for the towpath...
My bike had a flat while on the trail & they helped me out of a pickle. It’s a shop filled with great people!
