All kinds of bikes here, regular and e-bikes and accessories. They are right by the Cuyahoga Valley Train stop and Towpath and have bike rentals as well. Bought a bike that I LOVE and would recommend u stop there if u are shopping for one, it was worth the ride for me. Cute area too, shops and couple good places to eat within walking dustance. They know bikes!
From the moment I walked in, I felt attacked. They were questioning why my bike had been heavily modified. I informed them I bought it from Facebook Marketplace and all I needed was a flat tire repair and to install a kickstand I brought in. It took them more than a week to make the repair. I wasn’t aware of their policy that it doesn’t matter who comes first that because they are a bike rental shop, they will put any new bike repairs (rentals) ahead of mine. Owner-operator was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The bike ride was beautiful trail was well maintained and had drinks/snacks on the trail
Walked in to ask about e-bikes and was treated so poorly by one of the older gentlemen in the store. Arguing with customer does not do anything for your business other than make people want to walk out.
Great experience, 10/10 recommend renting a bike and using the Towpath to see CVNP! My second day in the park was unexpectedly beautiful weather and I woke up wanting to bike the Towpath (I hiked the major trails the day before). So I just dropped into the shop around noon to inquire about availability--all the e-bikes were rented but Pedego had some standard bikes I could choose from, which was perfect.
