I have never had such a positive experience buying retail previously. I recently purchased a vitually new platinum Pedego E-bike from Johnny, the owner of the Oyama Electric Bike Store. He gave me an incredibly good deal on the bike. His followup service has been incredible. An absolute pleasure. My partner Debi required attention purchasing her ebike from a past car accident a few years back. Jonny was very supportive and knowledgeable finding the perfect bike for her last week. She is elated riding once again. I was considering an e bike as well and picked my Ridge Rider Pedegao today ! We couldn't be happier with our experiences and fortunate we had a friend recommend we stop in and meet Jonny and his team !
This place is a must if you are visiting the area! This was my first visit to Lake Country from Ontario and my son and I travelled with our mountain bikes via plane. Johnny was able to help us re-assemble our bikes, fixed some minor issues, disassembled and re/packed them safely for our plane ride back. Excellent service! We’re Saskatchewan seniors visiting Oyama B.C. for the nice bike trails that they have. My wife tried their electric trike, but with no previous experience, was having difficulty operating it. She was about to give up, but Jonny, the shop owner, patiently instructed her on how to operate it, and even guided us to the bike trails! What supposed to be a disappointing afternoon turned out to be an exciting bike ride for me and my wife! Keep up the good work Pedego Oyama B.C.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our family trip to explore the rail trail, thanks to the amazing service from this bike shop! My mother-in-law was initially hesitant about joining us since she hasn’t ridden a bike much, but Johnny went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.
