I purchased y Pedego trike 3 years ago at the beach. Finally decided to start to ride again, but was in need of a tune up (after putting only 39 miles on the bike!!). David, owner of Pedego Bethesda, offered to come to our home last Saturday to tune up my bike. He was gracious and kind, helpfully explained all he was doing, cleaned the trike and then did a test drive to ensure all was good! I highly recommend Pedego Bethesda and David. Many thanks, David!!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pedego Electric Bikes, Overland Park! We wanted an adventure-filled sisters' trip, and we had no idea what we were doing, but we had big plans to fly into Kansas and tackle a 5-day adventure on the full Katy Trail with the Rock Island Spur. I wish there were more stars to offer...I bought a Pedego Avenue Classic at the Pedego sore in Leesburg a week ago. It is my new favorite toy! First the Pedego Team...what an amazing group. Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. They are very patient with questions, helping to pick out accessories, and getting the bike ready to ride. We took the Kane Creek petroglyph tour and really enjoyed it. We were first taught how to use the e-bike, while it was our first time, we picked it up pretty fast thanks to practicing and ease of use. Next, we were dropped off at the first sight and we began from there. Our tour guide was well-informed about petroglyphs as we went from location to location. Overall, it was a great deal of fun and very informative.
