Very nice, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. We were sold on the Pedego Interceptor and the service for the past 4 years is always great.

New Smyrna Beach Pedego shop is terrific. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The shop is clean, attractive , and well-stocked. I was on my way home after being out of town and needed a repair. He fixed it right away and went above and beyond. This is my new Pedego dealer now…..well worth extra distance for me.
Great bike shop! Go at low tide and rent one!!
Had a blast on the e-bike. Staff was knowledgeable and explained our options on which bike to select and how to operate it. Definitely recommend trying it, I will rent there again.
