We decided to do a bike ride from NB to Gruene last weekend. I had not ever ridden an e-bike and was somewhat nervous. We went to Pedego and met Brooklyn who did a fantastic job of selecting a bike for me and then took me on a test ride around a few nearby blocks. It was a fun learning experience!! And the ride was easy and a BLAST! Hung out a bit in Gruene Hall, then biked back. I loved it so much, I'm thinking about buying one! Thank you again, Brooklyn, for helping this newbie!!
Brooklyn repaired and tuned up our two older Pedego Interceptors to perfection! We used a local bike shop in the past and had a very bad experience, so we decided to make the 3+ hour round-trip trek to New Braunfels. We are very happy we did. We would highly recommend them for repairing your Pedego.
My husband and I love our new bikes!! Pokey and Brooklyn were fantastic...so knowledgeable and took time to explain everything!! Customer service is above and beyond!!!
