This is a super place to rent an ebike to explore the Nanaimo area. The shop is located just a couple of blocks off the E&N bike route. We were set up royally with ebikes that were in superb condition and outfitted with everything we needed. We planned to ride into Nanaimo and take the ferry to Gabriola Island so we were provided with a battery charger, just in case. Bryan, the Manager, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bought my first electric bike with the wonderful help from Bryan. He was knowledgeable and very friendly answering all my questions over the span of many visits and test rides. There was absolutely no sales pressure and he didn't overwhelm me with technical jargon. Overall a buying great experience.
