We have rented e-bikes with our friends several times and have had a blast on them going all the way into Old Town! I highly recommend this bike shop and all the staff who have helped us on our bikes for a great day in Arizona!!
I had a fantastic experience renting electric bikes from Pedego. Jon and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—Jon walked us through how the bikes worked and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out. The bikes were top-notch: powerful, smooth, and super fun to ride. They included helmets, a lock, and saddle bags which were perfect for carrying our personal belongings. I have a cross between an electric bike and a dirt bike. Took it elsewhere and they told me that they would not work on anything electric. However, The Electric Bike Shop was willing to take on the job. They were incredible helpful (even offering to assist with unloading/loading) and did a great job replacing my front tire tube. Highly recommended!
