They know their stuff! Great service,, smaller inventory, but they can order what you want.
We bought our son his Pedego 3 years ago in Old Town Scottsdale. Unfortunately that store has since closed so the next closest was this location. Ed and Josh were SO kind and SO helpful. My son's bike needed new tires and breaks. Josh to the rescue! He understood the task at hand, completed everything in one day! It is rare today to find such excellent customer service. Thank you, ED and JOSH!
Great treatment here, buy with confidence. They are knowledgeable and service their bikes. - purchased 2 new velotric bikes - had plenty of test drives - my model was out of stock, so I put on a backorder and they lent me a pedego ebike for free for the 2 weeks we were waiting for their delivery from velotric - bikes were perfectly assembled and set up with options as requested. Couldn't find one not to complain about - the shop doesn't charge you made up ridiculous charges for delivery and assembly. They use website pricing... read more
