I bought a Macfox X7L from here, they were so helpful and friendly. They charged my bike and added other installations for me, and it was a 10/10 experience.
Have to give the staff here a shout-out as they went above and beyond to help my son. He stopped by a few weeks ago as the brakes on his Eskute were not working properly. Despite the fact that it was not purchased at their shop they took the time to adjust them and show him how to fix the problem in the future, free of charge! I appreciate people who are willing to provide assistance like this, as you can be sure I will think of Scottsdale Electric Bikes whenever we need service or may purchase more ebikes in the future.
Exceptional customer service! Purchased two tangerine Velotric Tempo bikes plus accessories. If I were you I would not bother go anywhere else!
They know their stuff! Great service,, smaller inventory, but they can order what you want.
