Pedego Electric Bikes-Martha's Vineyard Bike Rental was difficult to work with and we still have no resolution from a September Bike Rental. We rented four bikes from this company for two days in September and a NorEaster came canceling our trip all together. We called this company within their cancellation window, 10 plus times, and left messages as no one ever answered the phone. Great e-bike rental experience! We pre-booked a day ahead of our rental. It was an amazing experience exploring Edgartown and Chappaquiddick Island. Would recommend for anyone visiting Martha’s vineyard!
I took a day trip to Matha's vineyard and I was unable to make it to the bike rental place on time as I arrived to the the island late. But the man at the counter was very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent service, prompt and helpful. Staff was super helpful. This place is easy to find, easy to get the bike.
Nice people and great ride! Had a fun time and will definitely come again
