I recently worked with Chad on a group electric bike rental (18 people) and the customer service was spectacular. I work on events very consistently and I don’t often run across people that are this easy to work with but also willing to give good service. I was interested in doing a wine tour with another company, but was unable to get booked as a solo traveler as their reservations require two or more guests. I attempted to just rent a bike from them only to find out that the owner was out of town and the bike shop was closed. Pedego was the next closest bike shop which ended up turning into such a wonderful experience. Chad at Los Osos Pedego is exlnt! I just love it when people follow through with what they say they're going to do! Chad did this above & beyond. Speaks sooo well of how he runs his shop!
We rented bikes to do a winery tour and had a great time! Chad was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us recommendations on which routes to take. They were flexible with our booking as well. We were able to comfortably visit 3 tastings during the 4 hour rental. Would absolutely come back next time we are in town!
Let me start by saying this is one of those family activities that ends with the question, “Why in the world haven’t we done this sooner?” and the exclamation, “We have to come back and do that again soon!”.
