Five Stars! We had such a fantastic experience renting e-bikes from Pedego in Livermore! The bikes were in excellent condition—comfortable, easy to ride, and perfect for cruising through the beautiful Livermore wine country. My son's e-bike stopped working, so we brought it here to have it looked at. Jim (I believe) and Mike were incredibly kind and professional, spending more than enough time to get his e-bike rideable again. I can't express how much kindness and dedication they put into the repair. They also took the time to show my son each step and explain how and why they were making every adjustment. "Thank you" doesn't feel like enough for this hidden gem of a shop. I highly recommend them, and we will absolutely be coming back.
This is our second time renting from them and it's a must book. I was looking for something different for us as couples to do. Since we had a blast 2 years ago, I thought I would do it again. Staff was super helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Bikes are easy to ride. The weather was a bit wonky but all in all we had a good time. I will be booking with them again.
Worst company as far as Custumer support , my bike caught on fire for second time and they are unable to fix it . It caught on fire at Pedego store in Carmel . They were never able to put the bike back to class 3 ... and made me pay 240 for part ! I had to wait for 3 month ! Even store in Carmel by the Sea advised me to file against the company ...
If anybody is looking for a new bike to purchase and you’re looking at purchasing a E bike go check out Pettigo the owner is friendly and he knows what he is talking about and I just purchased a new vent and bike that is really good or you could go to his place and rent bikes out He is at Concannon winery.
