Worst company as far as Custumer support , my bike caught on fire for second time and they are unable to fix it . It caught on fire at Pedego store in Carmel . They were never able to put the bike back to class 3 ... and made me pay 240 for part ! I had to wait for 3 month ! Even store in Carmel by the Sea advised me to file against the company ...
If anybody is looking for a new bike to purchase and you’re looking at purchasing a E bike go check out Pettigo the owner is friendly and he knows what he is talking about and I just purchased a new vent and bike that is really good or you could go to his place and rent bikes out He is at Concannon winery.
I purchased a Pedego Interceptor a little over a year ago. It has been an absolute pleasure to resume riding once again. I had forgotten the joy of fresh air and warm sunshine in my face. The staff at Pedego Livermore are the best! Jim, Mike, Bret and Loretta are a great team. Upon entering the store, you sense the family atmosphere. They are genuinely friendly, courteous and polite. Superb customer service going above and beyond. I needed to purchase a rack for my bike that was out of stock online but they happened to have a unit left. However, I live far away and couldn’t make it when they are open. They offered to box it and ship it to me or to leave it with another business for me to pick it up much later when it worked for me. Thank you!
We had a great day renting 3 ebikes in Livermore today. The service was excellent and our bikes were so fun!! We will be back again when in town and definitely recommend Pedego Livermore!!
