The benchmark standard for customer service!!! The owner delivered the bikes to our rental location and was gracious enough to arrange pick-up based on our convenience. In addition to excellent service the owner went above and beyond and offered a significant discount in recognition of Veteran’s Day. Prior to my visit I purchased 2 e-bikes online. Another great experience. Today had an issue with my bike. Took it to the store at 4:30 hoping to get it fixed the next business day. At 5:30 Mike pulled into my driveway with the bike fixed. Thanks Mike for exceptional service. Dennis Conrad
Rented four bikes and rode all day with girlfriends. Mike was terrific: dropped the bikes off on-time, gave a great overview of the bikes and provided fun swag. The bikes are SO MUCH FUN. Highly recommend renting from Pedego Lake Oconee! Will definitely do it again. 🙌🏻
