Very disappointed They are the service center for lectric E bikes and I had an issue with a brand new one drove 90 miles one way for them to do a warranty service only to hear prior to getting there by phone that they have absolutely no idea how to fix when I’m bringing it in for they’ve never done it before they don’t have a clue and from his attitude, they didn’t even really wanna try Needless to say, I canceled the reservation and I took it somewhere else. Sharon was seriously amazing! She was so helpful and patient, explaining everything about the e-bikes even though it was our first time ever using them. I'd totally recommend this for a fun activity with your friends or family
Shaun and Brannen were fantastic. They spent time with us to help us pick our new ebikes. We got a Velotric Breeze 1 and a Discovery 3. Great experience, no problems. Highly recommend Lake Norman E-bikes!
