We drove up from Charlotte to have my husband’s e-bike repaired here. He had the bike fixed before I finished picking out which pair of Goodr sunglasses and phone mount that I wanted to buy for myself. Incredibly kind, meticulous, thorough and knowledgeable, we will definitely be back again. Went into the store back in September wanting just to test ride a Heybike Ranger S bikes as we had been researching them online. After test riding and talking with Shawn, we decided to purchase directly thru him and skip the online option. It has been worth it and I highly recommend giving them a try for your ebike needs.
