I have spent hundreds of dollars renting bikes with Pedego, but unfortunately it will be my last after the service I received. I rented 3 bikes this Friday and was told I needed to be back 30 minutes before closing because the guy was going to get a haircut. We obliged just for him to accuse us of falling off the bikes and damaging them after we told him repeatedly we didn’t. I would hate to believe because we were young minorities he felt so comfortable treating us like that.

Amazing rental experience! I am a Pedego owner & recently traveled to Houston for work. I absolutely could not live without my bike for an entire week, so I called the shop to see what my options were. Len gave me an amazing deal & even delivered the bike to my hotel in Katy, TX! He was amazing! The shop lost power due to a tornado & terrible storms, but he was still willing to get me set up even if the power didn't come back by the time I got there. My wife and I purchased His and Hers Interceptors. Our buying experience was positive from start to finish. Len took excellent care of us.
