I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN Hartwell! You need 0 stars! It's extremely frustrating when I pay you to put a bike together from the box and the brakes are crooked, handle bar's not even tight and flip downward when we tried to ride it. The chain fell off because it wasn't tight enough and even the reflectors were loose. So basically I paid you for nothing and ended up having to fix it myself.
All I can say is HELLO FUN! Remember how great riding your bike was when you were a kid? The FREEDOM and PURE JOY? Renee and Paul have discovered the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH and it’s Electric Bikes! No pushy sales here, just expert advice and genuine desire to bring safe, fun, and achievable outdoor adventure to EVERYONE!
Thank you to Renae and Paul for my new fenders, integrated front light, 100 mile tuneup, and suspension seat post. Added bonus it was done while I shopped and had lunch. Highly recommended excellent customer service, and very friendly.
We had our Ebikes serviced here today. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The Pedego bikes are very high quality. Great place to buy or service a bike!
