Great service with ordering parts from this dealer. Had the parts I needed in stock no waiting. Had some issues with getting the orders completed and shipped but nothing major.

The staff is extremely helpful. I had a snake bite while using my road bike. He put on a new tube and tire in real time with solid advice. He also helped repair a mechanical issue. Excellent service.

Highly recommend this bike trip for anyone! We brought our two teen boys and had a fabulous time! We saw sites we wouldn’t have seen if we hadn’t taken the tour. Our guide, Zach, was very helpful. My husband and I hadn’t been on bikes in decades so we were a little apprehensive about riding e-bikes through NYC traffic. But we had no issues and it was exhilarating and most enjoyable. A MUST DO!
