100% recommended - 5 star service and so much fun! We would do it again in a heartbeat! After making the reservation for an 8hr rental, we had trouble getting a cab/uber/lyft to get down to Hanalei to pick up the bikes. It would have been about an hour long walk and we would have missed our pick up time. I contacted the owner, left a message, then used the 2nd number (on their answering machine) to try again. Steveo was great! Our family vacationed in Princeville for the week and decided to get some bikes to cruise around. He delivered three like new bikes, helmets, chargers and locks right to the house. We were new to ebikes, so he patiently showed my youngest and I how to use them. We had a blast, even my 75 yo father-in-law enjoyed a few rides! Very friendly, great service and quality equipment! We’ll return!
We had a great time renting electric bikes! It was such a fun way to see the area and visit some beaches. The owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
The bikes were well-maintained and the owner was very helpful. We biked out to Haena park, stopping at a few beaches, and it was a very nice way to see the coast along the road.
