That old adage “it was the best money I ever spent” is so true when it comes to a pedego electric bike. I bought mine from their shop in Goodyear in February, 2023, and I couldn’t ask for a business that is more customer service oriented than Pedego Bikes of Goodyear. And I get more compliments on my bike from other E-bike owners who wish they would have bought a pedego.
Steve, Sherry and all the folks at Pedego always go above and beyond! We have a total of 4 Pedego bikes, and they keep them in tip-top shape. E-biking is a great way to stay active and in shape, and t his is the place to go for an e-bike!
I am a snowbird from Montana. I hauled my Pedigo with me to Sun City. I started experiencing what felt like the chain slipping when peddling. I took it into the Peroria Pedigo store to be checked. They quickly checked it out and tightened things up. They did that just as a courtesy. As a bonus, when loading my bike back up on my Thule bike carrier, they gave me some very helpful information on using the carrier. What a great experience!
