Was told to return our bike’s early because the employee working had to pick his child up. We signed our waivers @1:13pm and got a text at 4:30 that they were due back to our surprise. When you pay for 4 hours you expect to have the bike for 4 hours.
first time e-bike owner and had not so good of experience for first visit. I believe in first impression best impression, I got bad one from this location, if you don't have appointment you are screwed. very disappointed 😞
I bought a pedego element, second hand. Great bike, so far. It needs a few adjustments and I plan to bring it here. I called and they answered all of my questions and were very professional. I'm giving 5 STARS to offset that ridiculous review above. Clearly, there was no pleasing that guy. See you soon, Pedego of Ft. Myers!!
