Easy access to the trails from the shop. The e-bikes were already for us and we got an overview of how they work. The bikes not only each had a zippered bag on the front for snacks and items but there was a rack on the back, too. It’s the little things! Good customer service. Would go back!
My team and I recently rented 9 bikes and took a couple-hour electric bike tour for Fort Collins and it was an absolutely amazing way to spend the morning! The bikes were top-notch - comfortable and easy to use. Greg was very helpful getting the bikes all set up for everyone and giving a quick demo on how they work. I'm already looking forward to getting back out again!
The best ebikes we've ever ridden. We rent from here at least once a year and will continue to do it. Batteries last and the seats are big and comfortable.
Super comfortable ebikes, staff were very helpful and kind they even put air in the tires of the two bikes we brought with us. Easy access to several trails (Spring Creek, Mason and Poudre river trails). I rarely find bike seat comfy but I could have ridden these all day. We did about 24 miles on them. Note: the amount of assist you get and how quickly it activates is tied to what gear you are in so in lower gears you might feel a lag before the assist kicks in. On 6/16/25, I stopped by and rented a fat tire bike for my dad to ride while he was in town visiting my newborn. The reservation process was nice and easy, and I was able to schedule one the same day. The bike itself was a blast to ride on the gravel, and although he’s an experienced e-bike rider, he still never had any issues. Both employees at the pickup and drop-off were lovely - what more can you ask for?
