We had a great experience purchasing an Urtopia bike. Amy was very helpful on the phone, and Greg clinched the deal with his expertise and patience. It was my first time on an e-bike, and I was a bit nervous, but he walked me through all the bells and whistles and I was able to test ride the bikes I was interested in. Altogether a very positive experience, and I LOVE my new bike!
Bought a Utopia and could not be happier plus Greg (mgr) has been very supportive!
Greg is fantastic and super knowledgeable! He helped me identify what I'm looking for in a bike and let me test ride as many as I wanted. He also did a tune up for my fiancee when she got a used one. He has been really helpful in getting us set up in the ebike space. I love my bike and use it almost every day. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Greg was very informative and helpful in showing us how our new Urtopia bikes work! When we test rode the bikes, they were very easy to handle and were very smooth to pedal! If anyone is interested in getting an e-bike, Pedego is my suggestion! Greg is great!
