I had walked in a week before I bought the Pedego and met Mike. He was willing to answer all my questions and give me a field of options to choose from. He was not pushing for a sale but instead more ensuring I got a product that fit me and my lifestyle. He was able to work on a good price for both of us and deliver the vehicle. I haven't ridden a bike since middle school, and my friend set me up with a used bike to try out. Went on a few trips solo, but today the bike chain broke. I ended my ride, and was on the way back to my house and decided to stop in Pedego and see if they weren't busy. The other reviews said they had a bike repair shop too. Matt is kewl, understood my predicament and fixed my bike chain! Will definitely have to check on their electric bike rentals when I'm more familiar with Eugene bike laws & routes. Awesome shop!
I rented a bike here last year and it was a great experience. So when my husband bought a non-Pedego bike this year, I bought one, too. But I was very disappointed with the ride. So I called Mike to ask him what I’d rented a year ago from Pedego and what he’d recommend for me. He was so helpful in talking through the options. Great service! My partner walks with canes and we were looking for an e-trike that she would feel steady and comfortable on. Mike was wonderful and answered all our questions. At the start of the test ride he helped us find the best settings for our needs. He walked beside my partner to make sure she was safe and comfortable on the trike. Highly recommend the patient, knowledgeable, and caring service. We love our new trikes!
