Excellent and prompt parts and repair service on my full-suspension mountain bike (not an e-bike). During my last service they found several cracked links on my chain which I was unaware of and therefore hadn't pointed out to them. Great attention to detail and a full explanation afterward.
I have been riding my bike for three month now. Excellent performance and exceeded my expectations. The crew at Pedego store, Michell, Shawn and Danial have been super helpful in my new sport. They explained the new technology and how to use it. Very helpful. I would recommend this brand and store for any person entering the e-Bike universe
