Pedego Edmonton is just the most awesome shop. I love my Pedego City Commuter but unfortunately, I was having an issue with my rear spokes breaking. Michelle and Sean stepped up to the plate and replaced them all with no complaint and the problem seems to have gone away. I suspect it was just a bad batch of spokes which hopefully, Pedego is now aware of. This review however is not about Pedego but Michelle and Sean's store. Great service at the shop when I picked up and dropped off the bike. The bike was in excellent condition and easy to maneuver. I appreciated the complimentary helmet, bike lock, and tire repair. I had a super time riding the bike through the river valley all day. Also was grateful for the on-line map that was provided. Highly recommend this bike shop.

If you are looking for a place that will love your ebike as much as you do - this is the place. No contention. Noone in the city comes close to their service and attention to detail. You'd think they'd charge an arm and a leg for their premium service. NO THEY DON'T! They won't rip you off and price you reasonably. If you love your bike.... Take it here. You won't regret it!
