Had my bike serviced recently. Service was amazing and the time it took to finish the work was the same as promised. The annual service fee was what he predicted but didn't promise. I appreciated getting the predicted fee because he could have told me anything to jack the price up and I would have no way to not believe him. Honest service. I really appreciate Pedego and will use them going forward. My only regret is we didn't buy our 2 e-bikes from Pedego. Satisfied Customer!!!!
Terrible. AVOID this location Less than an hour ago, I was walking around taking photos with my camera. I happened to be standing in the entryway of this location, and I captured some images of the high rise building being developed. This is the first time that I’ve seen the store open, and I wanted to browse. The manager, Mason, is at the front and is intentionally ignoring me as I’m trying to enter the location. No manners, no customer service, no knowledge . Mediocre service with premium prices. I sincerely advise you to look elsewhere. This is a scam. Your bike will not be fixed.
Outstanding bike service! Great communication. Friendly folks. My eBike runs like new. I am so glad this company is in Omaha. If you have any issues with your eBike, you can count on Pedego Downtown.
