Test rode and bought a Lectric bike here and also had some warranty work done. Talked to Chuck by phone but dealt with Will both times I was there. He's pleasant, friendly, helpful, informative, and generous. I drive a long way to get there, but it's worth it for the service. Pedego is their name, but they carry other brands as well and are growing their inventory of bikes and trikes. Highly recommended.

Broke my chain riding a Catrike, the guy behind the counter helped get me going again. Cheerful help even though his mechanic was out and I've never been their customer.
called to ask if they took in old e-bike batteries not bikes and the dude today sounded in his years and was pretty damn rude about it when telling me no he asked why he would do that for someone that didn't buy the bike from his shop never have I ever been to his shop and never will I go either that's a business not even a mother could love that was the first and last dealing I'll ever do with them 1 phone call screwed him out of a customer be cautious here they can and will be rude
