took a while for a key but it is what it is. got everything i paid for and hes a nice dude.
I just picked up my beautiful blue Discovery 3 and I am very happy with the knowledgeable and courteous service provided by Patrick.
We needed a repair for a well-used ebike, which is used daily. Called Patrick O'Malley, of Pedego E-Bikes, who fixed our bike...then did a quick tune up of other small things he noticed. Grateful! He knows what he's doing, he explains everything thoroughly, and does the job. Our previous experience with Patrick was out of state family members renting ebikes from him. Because his location is very convenient to trail, first time ebikers had a great experience exploring Columbia. Recommend!
This place was amazing and the workers were friendly.
My son bought a bike there and a year afterwards the main motor went out. This is after he moved to St Louis. When he contacted Pedigo for a warranty claim they told him he had no warranty because this bike shop ordered the bike as a floor model and therefore he had no warranty. He spent quite a lot of money for a bike that has no guarantee (over $2k).
