My son bought a bike there and a year afterwards the main motor went out. This is after he moved to St Louis. When he contacted Pedigo for a warranty claim they told him he had no warranty because this bike shop ordered the bike as a floor model and therefore he had no warranty. He spent quite a lot of money for a bike that has no guarantee (over $2k).
This is my new bike store. I'm from St. Louis, so I have to pass several other bike stores to get here. I don't think I have ever had better customer service than what they offer at this store. If you are looking for an eBike this is where you need to go.
I made a huge mistake by doing business here. I paid Patrick to install two new tires on my e-bike and he completely botched the install. He somehow broke the front brake hydraulic and from what another bike repair shop has showed me, he didn't reinstall the caliper correctly. So my front brake didn't work and the rotor was rubbing on the caliper. Mistakes happen, and I get that. Patrick was a lifesaver when my E-trike needed urgent service! He was able to get me in soon, and was an absolute joy to work with. Today, my pup was happy to get back to our bike runs. I'm looking forward to having a good working relationship with Patrick and Pedego going forward!
Stopped by to get some help with bike. Great communication from Patrick while it was in the shop and he was a great sounding board for other bike questions!
