Pat was very helpful. Cool guy. It was our first time trying electric bikes and he walked us through it. Would rent again.
My husband and I rented ebikes for three days. We had wonderful rides on the Columbia nature trails and the Katy trail. Patrick was super helpful. He even met us at Rocheport to check a tire. Recommend highly.
I can't recommend this bike shop enough. Patrick is amazing to work with and has an outgoing personality. He is fantastic with bike maintenance and even better at bike rentals. He helped us get set up on a few bike rentals and he took us down the path a little ways to help guide us as we got started. What owner does that? And we ended up with a flat tire 17 miles away. We just had the best day with our Pedego electric bikes! Our family is visiting and we got lucky with perfect weather. The owner, Patrick, was great, making sure we each had the right fit and we were charged up. We biked to Cooper's Landing (18 miles each way) for a little music and BBQ. Everything was perfect!
