What we liked about this place: the bikes had full electric drive (not only pedal assist), and the customer service rep. (blonde guy) was great to deal with. We were slightly late returning our rentals and he was pretty chill about it. Thanks dude!
Matt Nelson was awesome help in walking me through all the different bikes and helping Confirm our goal of moving forward with an electric bike for both myself and my husband. My husband was working today, so I will have to bring him back at a different time to help decide on steps forward, But I am very appreciative of Matt’s help Today! Thanks again! See you soon!
Bought my pedego trike last October and I love it. The service provided here is beyond excellent.
My wife and I used Pedego during our visit for a friend’s wedding and had an absolute blast! Matt helped us get what we needed and was very gracious! The bikes worked great! We highly recommend and are looking forward to our next opportunity to ride Pedego bikes!
