We were visiting Greenville and was told by multiple people to bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Didn't know how I would do this with a 4 year who is not yet ridign their own bike and a 1.5 year old. Insert the *BUNCH BIKE*. It was AWESOME. The kids had a blast. Staff were great, gave us a full rundown of the bike and how it worked and all the safety measures, and also provided helmets for all of us. Would highly recommend! I just called today June 19, 2025. I needed a bike rack for my Pedego e-bike that I purchased at this location. I got an email from Pedego that there is a new bike rack (THULE T2 PRO XTR for $599 dollars). I got an employee named Bobbie who said he knows nothing about bike racks that he is “only a part time employee” (quoted). I said, then can I talk to somebody else, he said “you can call tomorrow at 11am and speak with the owner”. (quoted). I said really, he said yeah really. The bikes are great, this dealer is awful. Issues since day one include purchasing items and never receiving them. Customer Service is non-existent.
My name is Andrew. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Pedego, they have friendly staff knowledgeable and I have a slight disability that I cannot drive but with my ebike they have helped me more times than I can count so I would highly recommend Pedego bikes!!
Super nice group working here. They went above and beyond to help me with a baby seat for my bike. Will be going back for future needs!
