Rob and staff are great! Super knowledgable about e-bikes and have repaired my son's Ridstar Q20 multiple times for various reason (wiring, lights, tires, etc.). Options are always presented, and great prices on repairs and parts, you never feel like your best repair and financial interests aren't being met. Also, nice shop with nice bikes for sale.

We were visiting Greenville and was told by multiple people to bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Didn't know how I would do this with a 4 year who is not yet ridign their own bike and a 1.5 year old. Insert the *BUNCH BIKE*. It was AWESOME. The kids had a blast. Staff were great, gave us a full rundown of the bike and how it worked and all the safety measures, and also provided helmets for all of us. Would highly recommend! I just called today June 19, 2025. I needed a bike rack for my Pedego e-bike that I purchased at this location. I got an email from Pedego that there is a new bike rack (THULE T2 PRO XTR for $599 dollars). I got an employee named Bobbie who said he knows nothing about bike racks that he is “only a part time employee” (quoted). I said, then can I talk to somebody else, he said “you can call tomorrow at 11am and speak with the owner”. (quoted). I said really, he said yeah really. The bikes are great, this dealer is awful. Issues since day one include purchasing items and never receiving them. Customer Service is non-existent.
