Owner not very professional. Would not recommend. Employee actually came outside and refused a customer parking in a public spot which is not lawful. May want to check regulations before being rude to your customers.
We have shopped at a few Pedego Stores in the Denver Metro area and the Castle Rock shop is the best we've experienced. Patient. Great service. Accessible. Great follow up. Excellent knowledge. I highly recommend them if you need a Pedego bike or maintenance.
They close at 5 and have no mechanics working on the only days I have off. I'm having a really hard time getting service work done on this $4500 bicycle. Am I better off returning it and finding a shop with a more practical service department?
Great spot to get a fabulous Pedego bike! Amazing customer service, everyone helped us with recommendations on where to ride the bikes and it was such an enjoyable visit because of this. We love the bike they recommended for us. They were very comfortable. We followed up with a visit to Sugar Spoon for an ice cream and t was the perfect day! We will return.
