What a fantastic e-bike shop in Castle Rock. My husband and I ran there as soon as we found out they were a dealer for the Urtopia e-bikes that we have been researching for more than a year. We love our Pedego bikes that we purchased from the shop in Castle Rock. Chris and his staff have been awesome every step of the way. High quality bikes, (priced right), five year warranty if you stay current with the prescribed annual tune-ups and super responsive customer service. Don't bother shopping anywhere else. The best part of the whole experience is that we (my wife and I) actually use them often!
This review is in regards to the owner. I live in castle rock and recently got a new motorcycle after my last 2 have been stolen in denver. I was going to great divide and parked on their property where I have had verbal permission to do so. Owner not very professional. Would not recommend. Employee actually came outside and refused a customer parking in a public spot which is not lawful. May want to check regulations before being rude to your customers.
