The staff at Pedego are kind, caring and knowledgeable. They even stayed after hours to help explain how to use their products. The customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking at an e-bike. Their products are high-quality and trustworthy and they guarantee their work. You will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough positive things about this shop. We had a not so great experience at a different shop and the experience here was a complete 180. Rick brings me hope that there are good business owners who just like seeing their customers leave happy. This is officially our bike shop from here on out and won't ever go anywhere else. I could not be happier with both the bike and the service I received. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I got an e-bike to help with hills while pulling my twins in a trailer. What I didn’t expect is how fun the bike is with and without the trailer.

Bought a bike from here and it was awesome. A great bike. I went home and tried to charge the battery only to find that the charger doesn't work. Its unfortunate but they gave me a new one for free and it works just fine now. Great bike overall and good service.
