Mike, the owner, was terrific at helping my husband and me choose electric bikes to test ride. Mike help hubby get set up on one and Conner helped me. They were both terrific as I had never ridden one (hubby had). We took off on our test ride and fell in love with the Urtopia Joy e-bikes! John was in front of the store to welcome us back and knew we were sold - haha! Conner was a great teacher. Great time in the store. Got a good ebike for my needs and had a nice discount along with the rebate! Helpful mechanic and clerk who guided me pretty well through the bike, getting used to it, and payment options. Appreciate the ease of mind.
I have trouble walking so I bought a bike. After 4 miles the odometer stopped. After six times trying to get this fixed I now am going to court. Stay tuned for more
