2025: I needed a new rear inner tube on my 24" Boomerang Platinum today. I called Austin at Pedego Electric Bikes in Carmel, and once I arrived, he was able to install a new one for me in about 15 minutes. That's what I call great service! He is always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. John was there also. These 2 guys really know what they are doing when it comes to working on and repairing Pedegos. This is a wonderful bike shop with the highest level of expertise with our e- bikes! So sad to see them close, but will certainly contact Grayson for future tuneups. Would highly recommend!
