Pedego is amazing!! I came into town to visit friends who bought their bikes here. Eddie was so kind and helpful, got me a bike. helmet and lock, and made sure everything was charged up for an adventure! Their bikes are super comfy and speedy. Thank you for a grand adventure on a beautiful day!
Outstanding service, couldn't recommend Sean more. Called Pedego to get help with a bike I have not purchased there - Sean had me come over at short notice and fixed a faulty break for me. Turned out the issue was more severe than I thought and Sean made sure to check the every single part of the bike thoroughly. He test rode it and kept adjusting until he was happy everything was safe again. Within 1.5 hrs of calling I had a smooth, clean and most importantly safe bike. Amazing service, weekend saved, thanks again!
I had my nine bot scooter, had a flat tire Shawn fix it up right away and got me back on the road. Then later when the motor wasn’t running correctly, he was able to quickly diagnose the cable assembly inside had become loose. He really knows his stuff and it’s a great place. I highly recommend them.
Great service and fair price. This guys are the best and helpful in keeping you on the road. Have used when they had their D/town location and would haul my bike to Carlsbad if needed.
My son got a flat tire. We fixed the flat tire no problem but when we went to put the tire back on, the chain got all Knotted up. Called Pedego and Shawn answered. He said he could help us fix the chain that day, the day before Thanksgiving. Took the ebike down to the shop. Shawn untangled the chain, install the tire and even made sure everything was working like new. 20 minutes later and everything was perfect. Thank you Shawn for your help, you're the best!
