I brought in my wheels along with new tires and tubes to have the tires installed. This is a job I normally do myself, but I wanted professional service, so I took them here. I was told the work would take a couple of hours, but it ended up taking three days. I called several times for updates and was told the wheels would be ready, only to arrive and find that the work had not even been started. The best experience one can have renting an e bike in boulder. Harrison the owner is proud of his native city and wants to share it. For him the experience of the client is more important then any rules or agreements. He is flexible , of service and wants you happy. He ll accommodate and work with your needs and has no problems making last minute changes. His tour is great and gives u a great sense of boulder as nature and city. The staff at this store are the most friendly and most helpful people ever. They made our rental experience so easy and enjoyable, they were thoughtful with everything even with my friend who came with her own bike. Harrison was so helpful! I look forward to renting from them again and would highly recommend them.
