For him the experience of the client is more important then any rules or agreements. He is flexible , of service and wants you happy. The staff at this store are the most friendly and most helpful people ever. They made our rental experience so easy and enjoyable, they were thoughtful with everything even with my friend who came with her own bike. Harrison was so helpful! I look forward to renting from them again and would highly recommend them.
Oh no! I have an electrical issue that I THINK should be covered by warranty! Harrison from Pedego Boulder; "It is, we will take care of you". Oh no! We have to order a part (yea, sure; it will never come or be out of stock). Harrison, "Should be here in 10 days". Yep, it was. Oh no! How long will my bike be out of service. Harrison, "One hour". Oh no! Hardly even time to grab coffee! These guys are A, number 1, top of the heap! Start spreading the news!
We had a fantastic ebike tour of Boulder and the Flatirons! Our guide was friendly, full of great info and ensured our fun and safety. Highly recommended!
