My girlfriend and I went to these folks for an ebike tour in BoothBay Harbor. We had a blast. We had never rode ebikes before and Kevin was very helpful in getting us used to the bikes. We rode around a bit without the electric component. Then he clearly explained how the electric and thrust worked and we rode around some more. First time renting E-bikes, and we had a great experience! Kevin's customer service was the best. He went above and beyond by showing us the route on a map and google Maps and customizing our bikes. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We had a great time exploring Boothbay Harbor. I didn't know E-bikes would be so fun! I highly recommend Pedego E-bikes!!
