I rented the bike online, received timely reminders about the rental and the bike was ready when we showed up. John was very helpful with instructions on the bike and information on the NCR trail.
The service and level of care provided here is top notch! I was riding my bike on the local trail when one of my tires went flat. I do not ride an e-bike and was worried that they would not be able to assist me because of that. It would have been a 3 hour walk back had the gentleman here not helped me. He fixed the air in my tire as well as checked the brakes on my bike. When I offered to pay something for his help he declined. I recently bought a Pedego Boomerang e-bike from John, can't wait to pick it up. This review is more about the customer service experience while deciding what bike was best for me, I went to multiple bike shops. In a couple of them I was ignored! In a world where everyone wants a tip for doing nothing John spent literally hours with me to make sure I understood the differences and fitting me with the best bike. Amazing service. My partners bike pedal fell off mid ride and Brian happily helped us out. Great selection of gear and tools as well. Awesome spot!
John worked with us and answered our million questions without blinking. I was looking for a way to begin recovering my muscles from cancer treatment and my husband said we should check e-bikes. We rented an e-bike a couple of weekends and decided purchasing one was the way to go. I’m blanking on the name of the other gentleman in the shop, but he and John went out of their way to help and I am thrilled with my bike! You can’t go wrong buying an e-bike in Monkton !
