I wanted to buy an e-bike, but was unsure which make and model. John, the owner, started by asking me questions in order to narrow down my choices. He patiently answered all my questions and let me test ride some ebikes. John seems to pride himself on customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone thinking about purchasing an e-bike to make this shop their first stop.
