This is the second time I have rented from Pedego Alexandria. They are always very helpful and truly want you to have a great experience, next time I am visiting I will rent from them again!
Pedago is a great place to rent and purchase ebikes. They are close to the Mt Vernon Trail for rentals, and Todd is superhelpful with outfitting you for the ride. Highly recommend!
Todd was awesome very helpful and gave us the perfect bikes. My husband and I enjoyed Our bike adventure, even with the pressing weather forecast.
Todd is an amazing human! He took great care of my wife's etrike. Got her brakes fixed, added a basket and a cup holder. She is riding in style now. This is the difference between someone just trying to sell something and someone who cares about what service they offer the public. We're from New Mexico so we may never visit again purely based on distance but I write this review to let others with ebikes or similar transportation Todd and Pedego is a great retailer!
Absolutely recommend!! I took 2 tours with Todd and they were the highlight of my trip. Todd is a great person to ride with for your first time- I loved my E-bike experience so much I’m planning to buy and will make sure I do from this shop. He’s also very knowledgeable of the history of the area and a lot of fun. Don’t miss out!
