Great family-style customer service. I look forward to riding the bike we selected after considering four different models. I think Todd and Sahand would have spent as much time as I needed assessing the right fit. Beware of parking, however. I got a ticket after spending two minutes over my allotted parking time. Otherwise, this was a great experience!!!
I enjoyed the tour!! Todd is a great guide! The tour was so much fun and relaxing. The Pedago bike was a joy to ride too. Riding the bike was a piece of cake. I could have ridden the bike all night! I recommend this tour to everyone! Thanks Todd for a great ride!
Pedego Electric Bikes were able to help me knock something off my bucket list. I have wanted to bike on the GW Parkway forever, enjoying the lovely views of the Potomac with our Nations Capital gleaming in the background. We had never road electric bikes before and I may never go back. The staff was helpful & courtesy while getting us on the road. We would definitely go back or recommend them to others.
Rented a tandem e-bike for Sat, but plans changed. Called the office early Sat morning and left a message. Todd Ketch responded and swapped the reservation to our friends who had booked single e-bikes and wanted tandem. We had cancellation insurance, but we found Todd to be very accommodating and he made it easy to deal with the single bikes reservation cancellation.
This bike shop is just like you’d imagine a community-focused shop to be—so friendly, attentive, and helpful! I swung by to get an Urtopia Carbon Pro bike, and Todd was absolutely amazing. I’m already planning to make this my go-to bike shop, even though I’m not in Alexandria.
