Great experience - the e-bikes were in great condition and ready for us at pick-uptime and the team provided super customer service at pick-up and drop off including providing extra accessories such as locks and tie down straps to ensure a comfortable ride and experience.

I got my Pedego here about a year and a half ago and it has over 1500 miles on it today. Very durable bike and has brought me so much joy on the trails of DC! It has not needed too much maintenance but whatever I do need, Todd always comes through. Honestly the best reason to buy a Pedego is having this guy in your corner for all bike needs. He knows his stuff. Thanks Todd!
I stopped by here 4 months ago asking if they could repair some broken spokes. Todd was great. Always trust a Red Sox fan. Very knowledgeable and honest of options of various costs and expected degrees of success. Already planning next bike to be bought here. Mostly because I like the bikes but the people seem great too.
