I recently bought a bike from Pedego in Flagstaff from Chad. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions with a friendly and helpful manner. I feel he made me knowledgeable about the bike. He also showed me how to install and remove the Thule bike rack. When I got the bike home it took me less than 5 minutes to remove the bike and bike rack and store the rack thanks to Chad’s instructions. Overall I am very pleased with Pedego and Chad.
Our Pedego bikes were unfortunately stolen off our bike rack while we were on vacation. We needed replacement bikes, and fortunately found identical ones in this shop. Chad, the manager, was very friendly and helpful to make sure our bikes were ready for us to take home. He did a great job of installing all the accessories, making sure everything was a proper fit. We absolutely LOVE riding our bikes everywhere, they are so much fun! They are easy to ride and the batteries last for a long time. Very happy with our purchase.
