Drove up from San Diego and was helped by Bill. He had everything I needed and spent a little over my budget because he worked with me. Product is top notch quality and even though he had several customers he still took really good care of me. Tried shopping with these people online through their eBay store. They had products listed they weren't really selling. And then even though it offered free shipping they tried to hit me with $330 in shipping on eBay.. but if I ordered it through the regular website it would only be $130 shipping! When asked about this the owner of the shop called me in Hawaii to yell at me and tell me that he was going to stop shipping to the entire island chain because of his shady practices! Found these guys online when searching for a pair of bikes for our boys. They had great pricing so I called and asked questions. They were super helpful over the phone. I live in Phoenix but had a CA trip planned so I went ahead and bought the two bikes prior to arrival to Ca. I called the day before to remind them of my arrival and picking up the bikes.
