I had a problem with my e bike assit button which was intermittent with an error code. Turned out to be a rare but know problem with my particular Shimano model when applying peddle pressure too early. The team at Peddlar identified the issue after much head starching by all of us . We have had a multitude of bikes with lots of problems fixed there. The staff are fantastic, nothing is a problem and never too hard. A great local business who knows bikes. They have a passion for bikes. The young man we spoke to was as lovely, great disposition and great communication skills. I loved his passion for dual suspension bikes which I know nothing about. Now I do.
These guys go above and beyond when it comes to the absolute best service. I can't recommend them enough for the passion and dedication to customer service. Well worth supporting this local business
