I highly recommend getting all things bicycle at Peddlar. I bought my Orbea e-MTB there 2.5 years ago, on the recommendation of Ailie, the owner and it's such a great bike my riding has gone nuclear since then! The service I've received in this time has been second to none, nothing has been too much trouble, fast, friendly and efficient! Plus great tips to improve my riding and away ride experiences!
I had a problem with my e bike assit button which was intermittent with an error code. Turned out to be a rare but know problem with my particular Shimano model when applying peddle pressure too early. The team at Peddlar identified the issue after much head starching by all of us . We have had a multitude of bikes with lots of problems fixed there. The staff are fantastic, nothing is a problem and never too hard. A great local business who knows bikes. They have a passion for bikes. The young man we spoke to was as lovely, great disposition and great communication skills. I loved his passion for dual suspension bikes which I know nothing about. Now I do.
These guys go above and beyond when it comes to the absolute best service. I can't recommend them enough for the passion and dedication to customer service. Well worth supporting this local business
