Used them for a work place agreement issue, they asked for $500 upfront then I had to chase them for 3 weeks just to check a letter that I had written to my employer. Then 2 weeks later I received a bill for another $692 so cost was $1192 for around 30 minutes work and they weren’t helpful just reciting the fair work act that I had already done in the letter Just do yourself a favour and stay away.
